PRYSMIAN’S SHOWCASE at COMMUNICASIA 2009
Singapore, June 16th to 19th
From 16th to 19th June Prysmian will be present at
CommunicAsia 2009 in Singapore with its latest range of innovative products and
solutions for the telecoms industry.
CommunicAsia, Asia’s leading communications and IT exhibition and conference, is the
region's truly global platform addressing current and emerging issues in the ICT and digital
convergence landscape.
2009 marks its 30th anniversary and over this period the exhibition has maintained its
position as a launch pad for technological breakthroughs that have changed the way people and
businesses communicate and interact.
Last year’s event attracted over 47,000 trade attendees, the majority of whom were from
overseas territories. A total of 1,547 exhibiting companies from 53 countries/regions exhibited the
latest technologies of the ICT Industry on the show floor.

At this year’s CommunicAsia Prysmian will be
showcasing its latest range of Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) technologies, above all
CasaLight™ Xtreme - the latest high performance optical fibre: this ultra bend
insensitive fibre has a bending radius down to 5mm, far exceeding the requirements of the toughest
specifications currently used in the telecom industry. Other products on display include: FTTx
Passive Solutions, VertiCasa™ MDU cabling system, Sirocco® Blown Fibre and Quickdr@w
preconnectorised solutions. All of which are well suited to support the region’s infrastructure
growth needs.
