Combining Prysmian & DrakaThe task of integrating our two global businesses is now
underway. Our key purpose throughout this process is to continue to deliver high quality products
and services to our combined customer base.
We have taken a
four phase approach to integration, organized around a number of workstreams from
client business protection and people to operations, procurement and branding.
A number of
key principles are at the heart of our approach:
1) Continue to relentlessly focus on base business and our clients
2) Regularly inform our stakeholders of progress, minimise disruption to clients
and day-to-day business
3) Keep it simple
4) Focus efforts on key sources of value
5) Ensure consistent communication to our internal and external stakeholders
6) Retain our best talent
To date, we are pleased to say that integration is on track, all key milestones have been met
and we are progressing according to plan.
